I recently visited TC Whiskey and had a fantastic time! I tried their Michigan Mule and Cherry Sour cocktails, both of which were excellent. The atmosphere was perfect for a fall vacation in Traverse City, with a lovely autumn breeze adding to the experience. I have always been a fan of TC Whiskey. They offer fantastic drinks, amazing staff, and outstanding entertainment. We made the trip from Petoskey just to see Ben Richey perform tonight, and he was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed every song. The drive was definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic dining experience! It's tough to decide which dish we liked best. The outdoor seating was wonderful, and we appreciated being able to bring our well-behaved dog along. The location is great—slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which we really enjoyed.

I did thorough research on Traverse City Whiskey Co. and their products before selecting them as a gift for someone very special. I chose a bundle that included a trio of their most popular Bourbon Whiskies. The package arrived quickly and was securely packed, much to the delight of the recipient, who is usually hard to impress! The distillery exudes undeniable charm, featuring a rustic interior adorned with wood and metal accents. The warm atmosphere, complemented by the appropriate amount of dim lighting, invites you in. One of my favorite aspects of their tasting room is the wall lined with whisky barrels, all beautifully decorated with the company's logo. They take their craft seriously, and this meticulous attention to detail is evident in every facet of their operation. From the moment you step inside, you feel as though you're in the presence of true whisky experts. Although the tasting room is relatively small, it adds to the overall coziness of the space. Traverse City Whiskey Co. was founded by three friends—Chris, Jared, and Moti—who were inspired by Chris's great-grandfather's patents for distilling whiskey on their family cherry orchard. Their vision was to create a small-batch brand that would honor their roots and become a cornerstone of Traverse City's spirits scene. Clearly, they have succeeded! Their whisky is some of the best we've ever tasted, and trust me, we’ve tasted a lot. We always make sure to leave with at least one (or two) bottles to take home and keep a supply on hand for entertaining guests. But it's not just the whisky selection that impresses; their cocktail menu is equally fantastic. My personal favorite is the Cherry Sour, crafted with their own cherry-infused whisky. It strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Traverse City Whiskey Co. also offers some of the coolest merchandise we've ever seen. From T-shirts and hats to bottles, they have everything you need to flaunt your appreciation for this classic distillery. We always leave with a bag full of goodies and whisky. If you're looking for a place to relax with delicious whisky while soaking in the wonderful atmosphere, Traverse City Whiskey Co. is the perfect spot.
