Jimmy John's - Traverse City

It truly was freaky fast Sandwich making! I had just placed our order of 2 subs, barely stood by the pickup end and they were already done! I told the guys making them how freaky fast they were and thanked them. They were really nice ????

Was there around 330 on Friday 5/13/2022 order my usual and I live in elk rapids so I didn't start to eat it till I'm home, when I finally took a bite nothing but mayonnaise in the bite, I open it and there's meat and cheese but ungodly amount ofmayonnaise, so much it wasn't an accident it was done on purpose like why? Unbelievable a simple cold cut sandwich and you guyscan't even do that right. Wish I could give you 0 stars

The girl with colored hair at the register was not friendly. She was quite rude to the customer before us.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the customer service. The food was tasty, but I wish the sandwiches didn't come with such a huge handful of lettuce haphazardly piled on top.

5/5 stars. We placed our order online and picked up our sandwiches when we arrived. They were delicious, as always. Jimmy John's is consistently a great choice!
