Kentucky Fried Chicken - Traralgon

I am extremely disappointed that my order was read three times and still came out wrong. The store manager, trainer, and KFC company as a whole need to improve their service. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on them.

Due to the current situation with the Corona virus, we decided to use the drive-thru option as the only available choice at the moment. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. After waiting for 10 minutes, we finally received our food and when we got home, we found it to be old, cold, and soggy. The chicken pieces, nuggets, and tenderlings were all terrible - it seemed like they were leftovers from lunch that had been sitting out for 5 hours and were overly salty. The chips were edible but a bit soggy and not too salty. Overall, our meal was a disappointing experience.

We have had some hits and some misses at this restaurant. Sometimes the food is really good, but other times it is just average. We always leave feeling like we missed out on something.

This kfc is horrific! the half of the time the employees are rude, at ordering and demand for a certain piece of workman either say what they have or do not hear and throw in everything. most family dinners are terrible or...missing something, the amount of time I needed to take back food or make them phone is terrible! I don't even eat from here anymore, I'm going to the city over in morwell much better!

Had a late night feed of a wrap and chips. It was typical food you would get at a fast food venue. Nothing outstanding and yet nothing to sneer at. The venue was clean as were the toilets.
