I was there last Thursday. Orederd Spicy Salty chicken..... is Amazing Full of flavour Right amount of crispy Huge portion Fair price Friendly staff Highly recommended Will come again

The owner was rude talking to another one of the workers and staring at us while we ate our dinner for the food I would say is extremely mid and they brought us prawn crackers for free before our meal but they were very stingy with in total 4 prawn crackers even tho there was 6 of us I asked for more as there wasn’t enough and as we left it was added to our bill which I think is stupid as we spent a lot !!!! the costumer service was appalling there are way better places to spend your money in Tralee wouldn’t recommend

Food tasted nice but service was terrible unprofessional-worker was running around which is a safety hazard,dirty tables. Early bird desert is the same as the childrens menu took over 30 mins for order to be taken 2 walk outs

We've eaten here regularly for many many years both takeaway and eating in and we have always found the food very good and the owners absolutely smashing .HOWEVER recently the restaurant has had a total makeover and a new owner. Last night was our second time to eat in since New owner. First time wasn't great owner was rude ,a lady came in alone we were the only other people sitting down this lady sat down and ordered a starter the owner told her in order to be allowed to sit down to eat she had to order a main as well. Lady said she wouldn't eat a main but the owner insisted in that case she could not sit down to eat her starter. In the end lady ordered a main sat to eat her starter and took her main to go. Empty restaurant that night and we thought this was a little off. Second time we went after work ordered from early bird (good selection) includes dessert of the day tea/coffee dessert that day the waitress told us was banana or pineapple fritters. We ordered dinner and a bottle of wine and a meal to takeaway for our son at home ,we were still eating our main when we received a phone call and we had to go urgently. We told the waitress we needed to go but we'd take our dessert to go with the takeaway meal. she went to sort this out but was told in no uncertain terms by the owner (we heard her!)that absolutely no way were we taking the dessert to go since it was the early bird menu. Waitress explained that we had to go but it made absolutely no difference that dessert was not leaving the restaurant. Altogether we were there just less than 1 hour in that time we had spent €82 and the fuss made quite publicly about us having the dessert to go was incredible This owner has the most shocking customer service I've seen in a very long time. Also waitress overworked trying to wait tables (4 I think) and in and out of the kitchen getting all the takeaway orders. Waitress was lovely and did her best in difficult circumstances and was mortified to come and tell us we couldn't take the dessert to go.She didn't need to tell us though because we had heard the whole conversation across the restaurant. After the first time we gave the place another shot because everyone can have an off day but never again. There are so many great places to eat in Tralee but we will never go back here.

The food was average the service below average, just interested in getting the money order wrong again. Needs to improve customer service. Plenty of other quality places to eat. Would not go back.
