The food quality was good and the service was prompt. However, I was very disappointed that they refused to honor my Coffee Loyalty card, which had accumulated about 7 previous stamps, because they claimed it was started by the previous owners. I found this to be quite stingy. Good customer service would have been to honor the card.

I visited this morning to enjoy one of your fantastic takeout cappuccinos and try one of your slices, both of which were delicious. I adore the unique designs on the takeout cups and the variety of slices available. The atmosphere was lovely as I walked around the shop, admiring the beautiful artwork on the walls. I am excited to return in the future to sit down and enjoy a lunch at your establishment.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prawn and ginger dumplings in broth are delicious. The menu offers a great variety of options.
