Bidra med feedbackLiterally the only flavor I like is banana and it's never on DoorDash here. Also why the heck is it a 6$ delivery fee
A great place to go for a sweet treat and to get out of this heat. I can 't remember the first store we went to but when we did, that was all it took for us to make it one of our favorite places for ice cream. I always have them make me the 'Rocky Road ' with extra almonds.. Everyone else picks something different most of the time but it doesn 't matter whatever the flavor, its good.
Wonderful called as usual. Ice cream is always amazing.
However, I can only give it three stars. During my first visit, I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch and found that they added such a tiny piece of banana, along with minimal caramel and almonds, that it just tasted like plain French vanilla. The flavor sounded appealing, so I decided to give it another shot and paid for extra toppings this time. I ordered the "Gotta Have It" size to share with my husband. As he began eating his half, we noticed that all the toppings were only on the top and sides, leaving a center that was essentially just plain vanilla—roughly half the cup was untouched by any mix-ins. They clearly didn’t mix it properly, which is a core part of the Cold Stone experience. Additionally, it seemed that they only started making my order when the delivery driver arrived, resulting in a rushed process. This left me quite disappointed, especially since this was a rare treat for me and didn’t meet my expectations. I used to enjoy Cold Stone at two other locations with my family before moving here, and this issue has never occurred before. I recommend avoiding delivery in the future and ordering in person instead. That way, you can watch them make your ice cream and have the opportunity to adjust it if it doesn’t look right. Now I understand how my order survived the delivery without melting—because it had a solid, untouched center. This review specifically pertains to the Tracy location.
I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and even paid extra for toppings, but I was disappointed to find that there was hardly any peanut butter cups or peanut butter in my ice cream. For nearly $30, I feel like I wasted my money.
