Z Burger - Towson

Outstanding customer service and incredibly delicious food! Honestly, they serve the best onion rings I've ever had.

The burgers are fantastic, and many toppings come at no extra charge. It's usually not very crowded, which is a plus. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and that's really the main reason I keep coming back. A few months ago, I was on crutches and struggling to manage feeding my two kids while carrying food. They went out of their way to help me, making sure I didn't have to get up more than necessary. Even after I placed my order and was getting ready to leave, the cashier quickly jumped up to hold the door for us. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time, so they even changed the TV to a channel that my kids enjoyed. Great people!

We were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this hidden gem. Although they were technically closed, the owner welcomed us in as soon as we walked through the door. He generously offered to prepare lunch for the five of us. The owner fired up his grill and fryer and got to work. When our meal took longer than expected, he went above and beyond by making extra fries, treating us to ice cream sundaes, and even offering complimentary soft drinks. I can't imagine how much cleanup he had to do afterward. The food was fantastic, and he couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

We visited on Labor Day and found the restaurant closed, but the owner graciously opened it just for us. The food was fantastic, and the owner was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place!

I visited the farmers market in Towson and decided to have a meal at Z-Burger. The service was excellent and the hospitality was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend dining there; you'll feel right at home and leave completely full!
