Wawa - Towson

Upon my arrival, I was impressed by how well-lit the parking lot was, making it easy to access and creating a safe atmosphere for pedestrians. This set a welcoming tone for the overall experience. The fuel pump area is spacious, with plenty of pumps available. Additionally, there are recycling and non-recycling trash cans at each station. Inside the store, the welcoming ambiance continues. They offer a wide selection of snacks and freshly made items. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I must also commend the restrooms; they were among the cleanest I've encountered at a gas station.

Stopped in Wawa for some hot chocolate and chocolate chip muffins on Sunday around 5:45am. As usual, this was a great experience. The service was fast and cheerful (and who is really cheerful working at this time in the morning?! The store and lot were clean and this place is usually super busy with tons of gas and snack sales, so it was nice to not have to wait at all. Everything is well lit, so I have never felt unsafe here. Their drink and food offerings areextensive and this is fast becoming one of my favorite places to go for fueling up the car and myself because the prices are always decent and not jacked up just for the convenience factor.

Poor customer service. I sat there for ten minutes without anyone checking on me. When I finally asked about my food, the staff member wanted to argue. Such a disappointing experience.

Having ordered from this place a few times, it's clear why it has such a low rating. If you opt for delivery, they often cancel your order. Even if they don't cancel, they frequently mess up the order, leaving you dissatisfied regardless. I honestly can't recall ever receiving a correct order from them. Wawa corporate really needs to take a serious look at this location and implement some changes. Not everyone is cut out for the job.

Absolutely the slowest wawa ever employees always short rather talk to talk to known customers or talking to eachother instead of making the food when they have more then one making it
