Mcdonald's - Towson

Always a great experience at this location. Food was hot and fresh and the McDonald app make the visit much more worthwhile.

The service at the restaurant was quick, and the staff were very friendly. However, there is one significant issue: none of the employees wear gloves when serving food, which poses a risk of contamination and potential illness. The manager should be proactive about food safety by providing a sanitizing station for employees, especially in situations where they may touch their clothing before serving. It would be ideal to have sanitized water available at all times, changing it every hour or ensuring that gloves are consistently used.

The staff is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. It's always a pleasure to visit this tidy establishment. Keep up the great work!

I visited the restaurant tonight and was really impressed. The young ladies working the drive-thru were fantastic – they were friendly and efficient. The food was served hot, and the service was excellent.
