Central Asia - Towson

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The service was terrible, the food was just mediocre, and the cleanliness was concerning—they clearly don’t want customers to see the kitchen. I’m seriously considering reporting them to the health department.

I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1. This restaurant has really gone downhill. The big house chow mein costs $19 and is a total disappointment. Now I need to find a new place to eat each week.

I'm not sure if we just happened to get a bad batch, but our experience was disappointing. We ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Vegetable Lo Mein, General Tso's Chicken, and crab meat, and none of it had much flavor. The wontons were dry with barely any filling. The chicken was overcooked and stringy, and everything just tasted off and not fresh. The red sauce for the wontons had an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of medicine, and had a strange, sweet smell like melted candy. Even the fortune in the fortune cookie didn't make sense! We won't be ordering from here again.

Best Chinese food in Baltimore!! From the beginning of the 1970s to Central Asia. Used to your restaurant every year for my birthday!! My friends family would give me gift certificates for Valentine?s day, my birthday, mother? Day, etc. Whenever I was asked where I wanted to go for dinner, I would say here or Steak Ale restaurants! Mostly Central Asia would say!!!! Really the best Chinese I? what ever had!!!!!!
