Dunkin' - Townsend

There's almost always a long line for the drive thru and at the counter. This is the only Dunking Donuts where almost all men work there.

Didn’t listen to my order just gave me both things I ordered plain. All people behind the counter were eating food and not doing their job

Don't go here. There is a better dunks down the road on Elm St. This place never gets your coffee right and the works are to busy goofing off to help or even care.

It's convenient, Dunkin is everywhere. Not much else to say. Coffee is bland and there's not much for dark roast options, food is mediocre at best, and the donuts are not made in house, always arriving less than fresh from a warehouse. I recommend finding a mom and pop alternative.

Crosiant I ordered was burnt and was told they all look like that. Coffee was made wrong. Staff was very rude when asked to have it remade.
