I was a little disgruntled after getting back to work to realize my order had a minor issue. Shakeria went above beyond in helping resolve it. Top notch service from this location. We’re human we all make mistakes. How you handle the mistake is what matters.

26 th March 2024 around 10:30 I ordered a double mozzarella burger and sadly both Patties were so dry and not fresh , it was reheated and worst mozza burger I’ve had so far . I eat from a and w when I travel and they have never disappointed me but this is sad.

We have ordered multiple times in the past week, and each time you mess up our orders, forget things, or give us the wrong items. It’s not that hard to read. And it’s disappointing because you were our go to place. But now we don’t want to order from your location because of the lack of service, the lack of reading and giving what the customer ordered. A simple fix would be : READ the order. Service: Delivery
