Bidra med feedbackAwesome!. Have been there several times since they opened. Have had the steak a rib eye), and their Spaghetti and meatballs. Have absolutely loved each visit. steaks done perfectly, and Spaghetti tastes great. Service has always been attentive, friendly and fast. A definite must try for everyone, but one warning, they get extremely busy between 5 and 8pm so you may have to wait a few but it is worth it!
I ordered pizza for delivery. When the driver arrived he was telling me how great the food was. I admitted that this was the first time I ordered from this restaurant. He said 'you 'll be impressed '. He was right. This was the best pizza I have ever had. It wasn 't soggy, the toppings were generous and I did have to order extra chesse. Thumbs up!!! Definitely ordering from here again and recommending to others.
The peppercorn steak is amazing. It's all I order when we eat here, which is weekly. My husband is a pizza lover and this is the closest that we can find to Saskatchewan pizza. Never disappointed!
When I first coming to Alberta Canada from my war torn and poverty ravaged home in Somalia, I had very little trust in common alberta man. I grew up knowing that anyone could betray me and my family for scraps of food or a jar of fresh water from the well when it wasn 't as dry as the dead bones of a elephant in the desert sahara. Try as I will to become trusting of my fellow village friends, I always had reservations of the motives in what they worked and lived by. When I come to Airdrie with my family my social worker friend took us to this fine food establishment. I was greeted by the families oldest daughter at the door. She smiled with the best intentions and asked how many of us would be dining. She had the colour of green in her hair, this scared and intrigued me. Despite my foolish mistrust of her I agreed to allow her into my and my families hearts. I have a large traditional family, we needed a table for 9. This did not pose a problem as they had more than one table, I was surprised to finding out. We were seated properly and they presented us with water, one FULL glass each. I stopped the server girl promptly and explained that I had very few rubies remaining in my purse, and that I could not afford full servings of water for my entire family. The beautiful angel of a girl was truly a blessing to me, as she inform me that water was free! I wiped out the tears of joy from my eye as I thanked her profusely for the gift she bestowed upon my family. I couldn 't fully understand how the water could be obtained for free for every single patron entering the building but I was reassure from the girl servant that it was 'no big deal ' and she was glad to have us. It was then I realise that this country has not any hardships that I am use to. The servant then asked us if we would care to order from the choices on the menu. This was a massive process that took over 35 minutes, I was at the time the only member of my family that could read the English language, also my 7 children have never eat Canadian style food yet before. We decided on three offerings of chicken fingers, for the young ones to split amongst themselves. I selected the bread for my wife with a side of vinegar and as the honoured man of the family I selected one offering of small pizza, pepperoni, pineapple, olives and ground beef. I accompanied my pizza with a side of an additional glass of water. The food came with promptness and with a giant smile from the head service woman. I bowed with great pride as she placed the food upon our table, my wife had never seen so much food at one as a single serving and burst with tears of confusion and joy. My children became wild with excitement as they were presented with the food offering, with the making of a large amount of laughter and yelling. I struck my largest boy with swiftness and demanded he control his brothers and restrain his sisters with great swiftness. This shocked the servant to surprise but I can not allow any disrespect to Canada or this amazing place of eating that was blessed upon me and my family. We ate our food with the swiftness of a cheetah, but simply could not bring ourselves to finish the massive portions displayed to us. I informed the servant woman that we could not eat all that was offered to us, and begged forgiveness with her and the ruler of the restaurant Alexander himself. She simply smiled and told us that we may take the remaining food home with us to enjoy in the comforts of home at our convenience! It was then that I realise what a truly blessed country this was, and that maybe I could begin to trust my fellow man with my heart and mind being at ease. I paid her with great honour and we removed ourselves from the restaurant but, it will never be removed from my heart as long as I may live god willing.
I've been here three times now and every single time the food has been amazing! I've had the 8oz steak, mussels, and pesto penne. All awesome. The decor is slightly bland but the excellent service and quality of food definitely make up for it.
