Bidra med feedbackMy sisters and I went shopping at Target, and I decided to treat them to Starbucks after noticing signs advertising fall drinks. However, the employee in the red Buffalo Bills crewneck was extremely rude when I tried to order a pumpkin spice chai latte. She interrupted me with an attitude, saying, “We don’t have pumpkin spice until the 24th, just like the sign says.” Even the woman in line behind me was shocked by her behavior and remarked, “You can barely see that on the sign; all you notice are the pictures.” I’m really disappointed because I’ve never had a problem with Starbucks before, but now I’m reluctant to return and spend my money there just to encounter such a negative attitude. A tip: you don't need signs to announce that fall flavors are on the way; everyone knows they'll be available eventually. If you do put up signs, consider using the same font size for "coming soon" as you do for the fall flavors.
The girl working the drive-thru window at closing was amazing. Even though the automated system indicated that the store was closed, she called me over as I was about to leave and made an effort to help me out. I'm definitely planning to change my primary location from Transit and Maple to Transit and North French.
The woman who handled my order was incredibly kind and crafted my drink wonderfully!
I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, and are good at knowing their regulars. I've not a bad coffee/latte/drink yet. Knock on wood. The drinks and food is very good. And they are creative and clean.
I'd rather support local but I have to admit, the Starbucks employees are always very helpful and pleasant.
