Bidra med feedbackThis tim Hortons has bad service...doesn't give you what you order...screws you over...don't go there it's a waste of time and just wants you're money. Also messed up on your order...I really won't go there again. Bad people..
I went in the evening, bought a large hot Mocha Latte. It tasted good, but not great. Let me say it was most definitely not bad at all either. The Mocha was not very strong, that's what threw it off. I've had much better one's at the Tim Hortons closer to where I live in City of Batavia. I would obviously be going again. The guy who made it was respectful, he was also the only one inside. Apparently the other employee thought it was very important to have a cheerful conversation with two other people outside than inside where she works. A 5 star because of the respectfulness that came from the one who made the Mocha Latte, the next time may also be different.
The drive thru is crazy at this one up near tops the one near post office is better people cut you off when in the Drive-Thru because how it's set up they also mess up drink orders if you order more then 2
Went to this Tims and the young lady behind the counter just stood there looking at me, no can I help you. What would you like. Not a word until I placed my order and told her I was a senior. She said we dont have a senior discount I said thats a crime. She just laughed at me. I was in from out of town and wont return to this T.H.
We frequent this location, it is the BEST one in Batavia, out of the 3. For the past 2 years we have been considered regular customers frequenting the store and making friends with the workers. We catch up with them any chance we get, we were even included in signing a sympathy card for one of the workers once. We banter with the staff about football, family dynamics and when a staff member has been off what they've been up to. We truly enjoy coming to this store and being welcomed by all of the team! Today was no different but was the LAST thing we expected. My mother in law passed away last week and our Tim's staff knew it wasn't a good situation before she passed. Today we were not only welcomed with the exceptional customer service during our meal, but by a bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card signed by all of the team. I can't express what this simple gesture meant to my husband and I. We shared hugs with the team, and a few tears, but THIS Tim Hortons, is how you do it. They are genuine people that really go above and beyond in many ways to ensure their customers are welcomed and have a great experience. I can't say enough kind words about this staff. I hope this message gets to the store level, and they are celebrated and given a pat on the back they deserve. Huge shoutout to all of our friends there (We could name them all) you truly are exceptional people and make a difference in our lives. As I tear up while I write this, just know what a simple act of kindness can do for someone in hard times. You guys are ROCKSTARS and we will forever be your customers. xoxo Kari Robert Bogle
