Jersey Mike's Subs - Town of Amsterdam

I am an old customer of Mike's subs when they were linked with Neba roast beef restaurants. I drove from Gloversville NY to Amsterdam NY to get a sub. There were a few people ahead of me. I placed my order for an Italian sub, with oil and absolutely no mayo. Drove home to Gloversville and was so excited to eat it. I took 1 bite and it had mayonnaise on it! Threw it out. So disappointed!

I ordered 5 subs, 3 of which had extra meat which i ordered AND paid for…did not receive extra meat. I paid about $90 for this and you’d expect the order to be right. I’m extremely upset.

Very good food, service fine, but when you order online they ask for the name for each sandwich. But they don’t put the name on the individual packages so you have to take them apart to see who’s sandwich is who’s. Beyond annoying.

Went in around 7:15 tonight, there was about 2 people in front of my party, and the one employee cutting the meats received an online order, and his attitude changed, because of it. He threw around the meats and cheeses, did everything in a hurry and was smashing things. We left because of his attitude. Was really looking forward to subs from Jersey Mike’s, but this employees attitude made us every uncomfortable.
