Jimmy John's - Town and Country

I did a catering order for my boss since we had some prospective employee candidates in town and we provided them lunch. The order was complete right on time, everyone was nice and friendly, but most importantly, what stood out to me was the service. The young guy who brought all the food out to me actually carried it to my car while I carried the light box filled with plates, napkins, etc. I set the box down on my trunk to unlock my car and he put the food in AND he grabbed the box and put it in there too. Very impressive and of course, the food was great per usual.

Very unprofessional greeting. Went by at 8:45pm after leaving the hospital and was told they were closed, even thought they are meant to be open until 9pm. Staff sounded intoxicated.

The staff at this store is amazing! We had a short stay at a nearby hospital. I had an issue with door dash. They took care of everything and were soo friendly and I’ll even say compassionate. If I lived closer this would definitely be the store I’d visit! Thank you Chris and Dina!!

I went for lunch and ordered the Big Porker sandwich, along with chips and a soda. When I sat down to eat, I was very disappointed by what I found in the sandwich. It contained just four very thin slices of salami and maybe two pieces of bacon, all covered in mayo and an excessive amount of lettuce. If I had ordered a lettuce sandwich, I would have been thrilled, but instead, I left feeling let down after spending $14.00 on the combo. On a positive note, the dining area and restroom were clean, and the staff was friendly. However, I was really looking forward to a satisfying meal and didn't get what I paid for. I think I would have been better off going to the Subway across the street. I won’t be returning.

I live less than a mile from this place, but I always choose to go to a different Jimmy John's location instead. Unless you're just looking for a fountain drink or a bag of chips, save your money and head to the McDonald's right across the street. There's a chance you might get what you ordered here, but it's almost certain that it will be sloppily prepared with little care for the customer. The staff behind the counter often seem disengaged and unenthusiastic. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the challenges, but this place might be better off closing down. It's pretty disappointing.
