The reception was impeccable from beginning to end. concerning the dishes, eggs in the entrance and then part of the butcher in the flat and creamy dessert: a real treat! cooking was perfect, servings quite suitable and dessert particularly gourmet. a small, always high-quality menu with fresh products and inventive cuisine.
Although enjoying a flattering reputation, I had not yet gone to the bistro nhome. It was done (and done well)! My 3 guests and I have been unanimous on the quality of the service and the kitchen!The cold salmon in Paris, a somewhat outdated entrance? not at all, when it is subtly revisited by guillaume dallay .!the tartare house, the dauphines apples? a delight !that say "just as you need" cooked swordfish to the plancha? A delight for papillae! The chef's turn of strength is to cook seemingly simple dishes, which we do at home, but which, at home, are sublimated, with an expression of incredible flavors.Bravissimo!

Well, the halls, there's no shortage of restaurants. However, this restaurant that does not pay a mine outside is made of a pleasant and cozy tones decoration. The quality of the dishes is more than correct, although I think the chef is more accustomed to working meat than fish (fish not cooked enough). However the products served are pleasantly seasoned and the amount is correct (for an average appetite). In short a good address that deserves to be visited.
Excellent menu at 28 euros, fresh and well cooked dishes, friendly and fast service.Only the frame is a little disappointed and deserves a little young shot. The chef comes to greet us at the end of the meal, it's always nice.
