Wayback Burgers - Torrington

Excellent service and food, albeit at a higher price point.

Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard. Got my order and drove all the way home cut the burger in half and realized it had none of the condiments I asked for. Was also supposed to get a free cheeseburger upon signing up on the app and did not receive the 2nd cheeseburger at all. Employee refused to do the first cheeseburger over again. Sadly had to wash and cut my own vegetables. Had to call multiple times to remind them to have the “manager” call me. Never happened. I mean at least do the 1 cheeseburger again and give me what I ordered originally. They just give me excuses each time. Gave them about a month to fix this situation.

The fries and shakes were awesome!! The burgers were cold and served on a weirdly dry textured bun. And it cost almost $70 (including a tip) for 4 people.

Store was clean, service was fast and friendly and they always have the best burgers anywhere.
