**Acondicionamiento de la habitación:** La habitación estaba actualizada, era un junior de alta gama y la recibimos de manera correcta. Sin embargo, la habitación era bastante larga y había demasiado polvo; la limpieza no se realizó adecuadamente y la puerta del armario con el refrigerador estaba desordenada. El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplio, pero todas las toallas tenían diferentes manchas. **Servicio del personal:** El personal fue muy amable y se ofreció a sustituir cosas, pero no nos dieron respuesta y no lo hicieron. El servicio de gel estaba en el primer piso del personal de la cafetería, y el final del desempleo estaba algo ocupado al principio, lo que se sentía en algunos días, especialmente en la actitud hacia los asiáticos. El servicio a la habitación a menudo llega con 1-2 pedidos incorrectos o incompletos. **Comida:** La comida, tanto el Utobu como el blog, es deliciosa y se agradece mucho. ¿Es un gusto que deberías probar? Si buscas disfrutar de la tranquilidad del mar, te recomendamos un hotel que sea lujoso y tranquilo para que puedas relajarte.

¡Me encantó ese hotel! La playa es hermosa, los empleados son muy amables y la comida es deliciosa. El risotto de camarones del restaurante italiano está divino. Lo único malo es que se llena mucho y tienes que apresurarte para conseguir lugar en los otros restaurantes.

The Hotel has excellent restaurants when you can get a reservation and then have to wait up to 2 Hours just to be seated Is this the right way to treat your guests of a 5 Star Hotel. No!!! I would not recommend this hotel to any one Unless you don’t need to EAT Food Should be a Booking system in all restsurants , unacceptable as it is now !!! And I’ve been here since Christmas Day And seems to get worse every day

We really enjoyed our stay here in late September/early October and were upgraded to a sea view, which was a lovely view. Big shout out head chef Ernesto, who made our stay much more enjoyable and looked after us with the help of Norvelin (Nebbiolo) and Alvaro (Olios), the food was very tasty. Ernesto even gave us a farewell as we checked out. Very friendly. Overall happy with the food choices, breakfast/lunch had a big selection at the Market Cafe, although a little repetitive. Dragons, Olios, Nebbiolo, Bluewater Grill were all enjoyable. The Vine Bazaar was also nice to grab a quick coffee and pastries. Could have done with more entertainment in the evenings. Rooms with the sea view did have loud generators, which we could hear throughout the day and night, despite this even though we are light sleepers, we still got a good nights sleep. The spa was nice and relaxing, but was a little expensive. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
