Taco Bell - Torrance

Every single time I order food from here I order hot sauce and they never give it to me. Just spent over $50 for lunch on 11/20/23 in the drive-through with my grandsons and ordered hot and mild sauce. Got home and once again no sauce. Taco Bell get it together, are you that broke? Does the owner tell the employees not to give out sauce or what?

Very small portions and terrible customer service! The girl taking the orders at the drive-thru was so rude. Definitely needs some customer service training. Food is so over priced.

When comparing this location amongst other Taco Bell's, this place just plain sucks. Half filled tacos, missing items, and wrong customizations are the norm here--it's so impressive how consistently they miss the mark that I'm surprised when it's correct. I'm a big enough loser (and frequent visitor of this location) that I finally felt compelled to speak up on Yelp. I officially give up on this place and am committing myself to the location adjacent to King's Hawaiian Bakery. See you guys there!

We ordered a number nine, which includes a Mexican pizza and two Taco Supremes, but what we received was disappointing. Each taco had only a few thin slices of cheese and about six pieces of lettuce—no tomatoes or sour cream at all. The Mexican pizza was poorly prepared; it was the worst experience we've ever had at a Taco Bell. We spent nearly $13 on our meal, and the service was very subpar. This location really needs to improve. The cook who was on duty on December 18th, 2023, at 10:45 p.m., should be reconsidered for their position because they ruined our dinner.

I had a terrible experience with the service on December 10, 2023, at 8:40 PM. The employee at the drive-thru seemed really annoyed by her job. There wasn’t even a line, yet she acted like she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, as if there was a rush. She never asked if I wanted hot sauce, and when I requested it, she rolled her eyes. It was quite disappointing and unprofessional.
