Subway - Torrance

They asked me the usual question, for here or to go? I said for here, then they gave me a different price. When I asked for a reason, I was told, that's the way the Owner wants it, even when the store was very empty. I ate my sandwich in my car, I didn't feel appreciated. no smiles here, only rudeness.

Everything came out well, nothing spectacular or overly friendly, but a decent subway. Decent amount of seating, and from what I could tell usually not too busy.

I give this place one star based on customer service or lack thereof. Can 't speak to the quality of the food as on Sunday, January 7, 2018 in the evening around 6pm, I couldn 't get any help. I walked in along with my wife and daughter, there were two employees at the front counter chatting, no other customers in the restaurant. I made the mistake of saying Good evening which apparently to the girl there was tantamount to expressing some sort of vulgar insult as the way she looked at myself and wife was as though we were disgusting individuals. The guy looked us up and down and walked to the back, neither employee uttered a verbal response. I told my wife we should leave and spend our money where we wouldn 't offend anyone by offering a greeting.

I was quite surprised that this location is considerably noticeably cleaner.. The bread even tasted different then another location I usually go to.. Great service and very fresh veggies thank you

My family and I wanted to eat here but as soon as we entered, we were bothered by an individual asking us for money. He was doing that to everyone entering. Told the employees, they said yeah we know. We had to eat in our car because he was staring at us the whole time.
