Shoeless Joe's Stockyards - Feedback

We were seated with 2 chairs with their backs to the big screen although we had made reservations earlier. We ordered drinks twice that never came.

Never thought food could be this bad. Food came out all cold no taste at all. Most disgusting food I have ever had.
