Bidra med feedbackThe staff really needs better training; they don’t seem to listen. Today, we ordered a buffalo chicken burger with all the toppings, but instead, we received a crispy chicken sandwich with no hot sauce and no toppings. It’s frustrating—do they not understand the orders? They really need to stop focusing on other things and pay attention to their customers. This location should either be shut down or managed by someone more capable because the service is awful.
Lunch time has long line ups, but staff is efficient!. Tables are fairly clean. Parking is not bad, although its shared with swiss chalet customers. Overall, happy with service. 3.5 stars !!
Location: next to Swiss Chalet, on Markham Road across the street from Staples. Service: usually great, they use gloves or wash hands prior to making your burger burgers: 3-4/5, always loved harveys. Order your burger and pick your toppings and they put it for you. Usually a damn good burger. Pretty good poutine as well.
They share a building with Swiss Chalet and it was built less than a year ago (so everything is nice and new). The staff were friendly and quick. They even make sure the toppings are fresh (there were only small pickles so he went and got more).
The burgers here are typical fast food fare, not in the same league as Five Guys or South Street Burger. I unfortunately decided to try their "build your bowl" option, and it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. The base was a mix of rice and salad topped with crispy chicken. You can choose fries as the base, but I can’t imagine that tasting good either. Sorry, Harvey's, but the concept is good; the execution is lacking. The rice was mushy and overcooked, and the flavors just didn’t work. I'm generously giving it a 3, purely for the onion rings. The burgers are just mediocre.
