Bidra med feedbackFood was very good, with a great wine list to boot. We started with their garlic bread knots, which arrived hot and fresh. We followed this with our mains. One of us had the lobster pasta, which was extremely flavorful, well portioned, and fresh. The only issue we had was with our second main, which was ricotta stuffed chili infused pasta. It was delicious, however my partner was only given 5 pieces, which wasn't very filling. This was surprising given A) the price and B) the size of my lobster pasta. We complimented our meal with a 2022 Chardonnay from their exceptional wine selection. The service was very good, everyone was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We also were given a special gift as it was our anniversary. Overall, an amazing meal. Maybe just ask about portion size before ordering!
This beautiful restaurant is connected to Four Seasons Hotel; which tells you just how high the expectations would be. First off, you notice right away how gorgeous the decor is when you walk in. This is such a great spot for a date night. The server we had was absolutely amazing; he provided great recommendations and was attentive to our needs. The menu was difficult to understand as parts of it were in French/ I didn’t know all the ingredients. But our server was helpful and patient with us. I was happy with the variety of dishes that were vegetarian as I can’t eat the meat here. My friends really enjoyed their version of beef tartare. I loved the pasta I had, it was the BALANZONI. It was a smaller portion but really hit the spot. I also liked the garlic knots but wish they had been softer. I would come here again.
The service was nice. We ordered the octopus carpaccio it was nice but way too salty. The tun spread was good. The small bits was also good. Duck pasta was cold and very undercook. I like al dente pasta but this was too much and just over all has not tasty. The duck was cold and turn in to greasy clay. The pizza has okey. Nothing exceptional One of my drinks that I ordered had a fly in it. The waiter change it of course, but the thought of me actually drinking a sip from it was just really a turn off We had to pay for the drink But the waiters was very sweet
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Buca Yorkville. Our waitress (sorry I can't remember your name) was wonderful- happy and helpful. Highly recommend the salumi, peach salad, parpadelle beef, and agnolotti. Thank you.
Buca Yorville never disappoints! The crabs are always cooked to perfection, and the service is impeccable. A must.
