Akai Sushi - Toronto

Love this place. Always fresh. Delicious. Great service. I'm obsessed with the combination platter 8 and the sushi pizza. The sashimi combos are also fantastic

The sushi at this restaurant is top-notch! I highly suggest trying the salmon and avocado roll and the dynamite roll. The spicy mayo is delicious, and the miso soup is also tasty. The service was exceptional too.

Amazing!! It's not the same as it used to be!! I recently visited Akai sushi restaurant and noticed that the chef had changed a few months ago. There is a sign outside indicating 'under new management', so I assume the owner has changed. The food definitely tasted better than before!! The sashimi was fresher and the maki rolls were delicious. It now has more of an izakaya vibe in the evenings. I enjoy coming here with my friends for sake. It's a must-try for delicious Japanese cuisine.

Went with some friends on a busy night and ordered the sushi deluxe. Presentation and service was excellent despite the full crowd. Great assortment of fish, with a bit of a fusion twist that's hard to find in Toronto!

Incredible. So glad we stopped in. Presentation is amazing, taste even better. Grilled Ocean Trout w/ fresh wasabi is blockbuster. Chicago roll knocks the windy out of you.
