I will never go back to this store. The staff gave me wrong order thats why I have to come back and tell them. The staff is refusing to give me new drinks and did not even say any apology. Not surprised to see a lot of bad review for this branch. I hope the company will do something about this as it ruins the entire reputation and impression of Tim Hortons.
Arrived at 8:43pm, staff were locking the doors and wouldn’t serve us… Google showed open until 9
Every time you place an order at this Tim location, you consistently face delays of 7 to 9 minutes, only to be informed that they don't have the item you requested. The staff appears confused, occasionally giving orders to the wrong customers. Instead of blaming individuals, I suggest obtaining a refund and avoiding this location. Tim workers should value time, whether it's theirs or the customers', and strive for better service. Professional behavior is crucial, and allegations of partiality within the shop should be addressed. While I won't disclose names, it's essential for the staff to recognize the impact of their actions on customer satisfaction and overall business success.
I waited for them to heat up my croissant for 10 min! They forgot it in the microwave. I ate the a dry croissant thank to the employees!
