Great place, a lot of different wines and a local fresh made fast food

I start by saying that it's a place that I've visited several times, I haven't been back since September but unfortunately today's experience wasn't among the best. 1. very kind and helpful staff, nothing to say. 2. certainly not the chicken you expect from a local. 3. the potatoes COLD and HARD but they say lemony but not the potatoes you expect with chicken. 4. we were 4 at the table and we took two large platters, I asked if we could have something other than the classic cold cuts as I didn't eat them, the staff guaranteed me that they would take care of it but in reality there is only 1 cold cut tomato bruschetta and a potato ball and 6 pieces of cheese in number. 2 chopping boards 2 bottles of wine 1 chicken in photo 3 coffees 27 euros per person which, according to my fellow diners, for the wine they drank was an ABUSE In response to the owner's response Dear Owner, 1) I repeat that we paid €27 per person 2) it's probably confusing that we never got the burgers from her but always the cutting board 3) the abuse of the price of the wine was a comment made by my fellow diners, not my personal comment as I am a teetotaler and do not drink alcohol. I can confirm that the wine was good but in other places with the same quality the cost is decidedly lower 4) in my humble opinion I believe I am very consistent as 1 star is the overall rating, the average of all the ratings put together Thank you for your attention and I hope that both my review and my answer make you think. You don't need to answer but improve yourself and accept criticism as constructive criticism aimed at growing professionally. The fact that you responded a month after the review and also confused the tables being sure that ours was the one costing €22 each makes you think.

Bello locale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. ampia scelta di vini. Un po' lenta. prezzi delle frese un po' troppo alto rispetto alla quantità.
