Bidra med feedbackI visited this restaurant on a rare trip to Cwmbran and decided to have a hot drink. Unfortunately, they only accepted card payments, which I don't like because I'm never sure what the total charge will be. The coffee was very weak and lacked flavor. Overall, I found it to be overpriced and disappointing.
They would not serve me a puppuccino! They claimed they no longer offer them. Every other Starbucks I have been to has served them. It's just whipped cream in a paper cup for goodness sake!
I visited this restaurant while out Christmas shopping and had an absolutely shocking experience. One of the staff members needs to improve their customer service skills - she was shouting at everyone who entered and telling them to leave. When my daughter and I sat down at a table with three chairs, she rudely told us that we only needed two chairs. Many customers were leaving Starbucks because of her attitude. She had dark hair in a long ponytail and I believe she should be fired. I will never return to this place. It is supposed to be a relaxing spot for coffee, not a place where customers are yelled at by someone who clearly is in the wrong job.
Cwmbran store not applying discount apparantly against the law as not drinking inside... My opinion is if drinking outside less than 10 meters away should apply. If government is paying 50% should be applied
Whilst visiting needed the loo, to find both toilets out of order. Thought strange as were out of order last time i visited and when I asked a member of staff they said they'd been there 2 months and the loos had always been out of order. The need to pee was enough I thought I'd look anyway and the only issue appears to be no lock on the door. Complained to manager of the franchised store who said they could do nothing and to complain to head office but then would not supply any contact info luckily I found it and it is a Starbucks franchise store run by the Magic Bean company Ltd. Swansea. Have emailed them and Starbuck to complain but don't hold out much hope. Disgusting way to treat customers leaving as simple issue for so long in such a busy store.
