Swig - Tooele

It was our first time going and the gal taking our order was super helpful!

First time going there, it was awesome. The staff that night was great.

I just want to start this off by saying I am a regular swig customer and I usually love coming here! In the past the workers have always been wonderful but in the last couple months I feel as the atmosphere has shifted. I guess I shouldn’t say the entire crew has changed, just one girl in particular. I didn’t want to say anything the first time I had a bad encounter with this girl because I assumed maybe she was having a bad day, but now that it’s happened a second time with the same girl I can’t just bite my tongue anymore. I don’t know her name but she’s the one with the shaved head. Awhile back I had rather uncomfortable encounter with her as I thought she was quite rude and was trying to rush me out of the line, when the order was finished she rolled her eyes as she went inside with the ipad. I understand that I came rather late but I work nights and sometimes just want a sweet treat after, so I didn’t appreciate it. Now here comes my most recent encounter with her. It was snowing and I didn’t have any cash on me, when I went to pay she asked me for my credit card details. I wasn’t the most comfortable with the idea of her having that information and when I expressed this to her she insisted that I give her this information as I wouldn’t be able to pay otherwise. I’m more confused than mad, i’ve never been treated like this before at this location? I’m unsure if they’re under new management but they need to get it under control.

They are always out of some ingredient or drink! They are out of diet Dr. Pepper, lemonade, strawberry purée, always something. Super disappointing!! And this isn’t just one or two times, it’s fairly frequent.

This was a bummer visit and I should’ve got a refund. I ordered the kids shark attack and they don’t tell me that they’re out of sharks so then when I get up to get the drinks I ask about those and they’re like oh sorry we’re out and I’m like well. I wouldn’t have bought the drinks if I would’ve known that. And then the drinks aren’t even full.
