Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

They are nice when they order, but we are very confused about my mobile order when I am there and how to apply it. they were from some sorts of donuts, so I asked to replace when I came there because I didn't know how they managed to cancel a part of the order

Through the opposite the daughter needed a light dinner, so ran through the drive thru to drink a sandwich for her, cold drink for me sweet snack for the man. faster service. Drinks tasted good, daughter loves her Ham cheese sandwich Hubby always loved the apple frit.

HORRIBLE. Health inspectors need to come in quick and bury this place. Walked in for a sandwich because I couldn't get one quickly at the other Timmy's near my house. Also I was in a tight spot because I would never normally do a Timmy's sandwich. Went in there waited 10 minutes in a near empty place, one other customer was there already eating and another was standing there waiting. The waiting customer saw me and yelled at the staff to help me. Which they begrudgingly did. A miserable worker took my order, cook/cashier I guess...and then moved to the waiting line...still all by myself. That's when I was able to see into the aisle and notice the piles of garbage sitting there in a hallway with miscellaneous food, napkins and filth in the hallway. Please close this place down. Doesn't deserve to be open

Girl taking orders in the AM was so EXTREMELY rude I was beside myself. I’ve never written a review until today and I can easily say this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in terms of staff friendliness. Corrected my drink because it was wrong on the screen and the girl taking my order talked to me in such a condescending manner I almost drove away. The lady at the window was no better and then I overheard the girl who took my order being rude over the headset to the car behind me. I’ve just never seen people so bitter in my life. They also proceeded to tell me that coupons “don’t always work” with an attitude when I asked why it didn’t come off the receipt. Not too sure how that works.

Staff is rude as hell, I’m sorry you hate your job…. Maybe you should find another! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Most definitely need to train your staff batter
