Il Giardinello Di Bacoli - Toms River

Had been a regular. Returned after new owners bought it and ordered my favorite dish (Veal Marsala). I was greatly disappointed! Didn't even seem like the same meal and wasn't nearly as good. Others in my party seemed okay with their meals, but I won't be returning.

Food is decent, price of this place is crazy. Almost 80$ before tip for two chicken parm dinners is crazy for pasta sauce and chicken-in response to their response, we asked each chicken dish be made with vodka sauce, the exact total looking now was 75$ for this. If you have lots of people happy to pay 75$ for two chicken parms then more power to you, we are not those people

What a wonderful gem! We decided to try a different Italian restaurant rather than going to our old stand-bys. We are so happy we did! We loved it! Our experience started by having an outstanding server, Alex who is so personable, and has an amazing sense of humor. Everything we ordered was wonderful. From the fried calamari, fettuccine Alfredo, and tortellini bolognese, to the Tartufo and carrot cake. The owner came over and chatted with us for a few minutes. To us, those personal touches are what make the experience all the better. We will definitely add this gem of a restaurant to our date night rotation.

What an amazing day it was!! Il Giardinello Di Bacoli recently hosted my daughter’s baby shower. Huge thanks to Gerry and his staff for a memorable celebration for our daughter, her husband, family , and friends. Everything was just perfect, from the delicious food to the extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating staff at Il Giardinello Di Bacoli. Many thanks for a day we will remember always.

Food was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Food came out in a timely manner.
