Dunkin' - Toms River

They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they want to charge you extra. Their bagels are thick and require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheese to eat bread?

I would give no starts of I could. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers are very rude. Cold brew coffee watered down even with a shot of espresso in it.Never received my food order after I asked for my money back on the disgusting coffee I was given and they argued with about that also.I will never go to a Dunkin again. They are not what used to be

I ordered a dozen and received a dozen, but only two of them were the ones I actually wanted, haha. It's not a big deal since they were all still good, but I was really craving at least one chocolate one. Oh well! The driver was excellent as always.

I ordered a sausage and cheddar (white cheddar cheese) on a bagel. I get this fairly often, and this is the second time I've received a burnt, almost inedible bagel with American cheese instead. My hash browns were also barely toasted. Additionally, there was no straw included, which wouldn't be a problem if they used a strawless lid, but they don’t.

I paid extra for additional meat on one sandwich and extra egg on another, but neither was added. Additionally, I received the wrong type of cheese. Both bagels were so stale that I thought I might hurt my jaw trying to eat them. I understand that the store was busy, as my food was about 10 to 15 minutes late, but the order was completely incorrect.
