Steak was great!! Be careful with the bill they write service Charge (is already the TIP!! Then you give them the CC and come back with a bill and they ask (again for a Tip. ? that is not ethical.

Our waitress ignored us the whole time and made sure that we felt out of place. It really hurt our feeling but none the less we paid our bill and left a tip. She was really rude and we will never go back. She made us feel like we were not wanted. I feel really stupid for going there and wished I could take back the money I spent and spent my money at a deserving eatery. She kept engaging with the table next to us who she seem to treat very well. I guess I was not foreign enough for the server to actually bring me a water and make sure our food was good. Poorest service ever and expensive for really bad service and she should be fired!

Lunchtime visit. OK people, first thing is no hand menus. You have to access the menu via a QR Code from your phone on the table. If you, like me are 59 and don't bring reading glasses you are bang out of luck. Secondly, agree with a lot of other comments on here, food was warm at best. Finally, there is nothing on the table. We had to ask for ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and the server looked at us like we asked them to build a nuclear bomb. It arrived in one of those little silver pots less than half full. This used to be a fantastic place to eat and drink, but now seems like they are just running it down to let the lease expire. Adequate service, over priced for what it is. Sorry, but needs a real re-vamp.

Primetime is a great, reliable, hometown choice for food that feels like a night out! The atmosphere doesn't disappoint and the food is consistently solid! The Mediterranean Tacos are NEVER a bad choice!

Worst hamburger i’ve bought. Inside of the meat was completely raw and frozen, and it was burnt on the outside. In addition, a soggy salid was placed under the hamburger leaving the bottom bun soggy.
