During our stay, one of the bathrooms in the unit was in poor condition, and we were forced to use it for almost the entire lease term. Unfortunately, both Ed Eisele and the agent, Candace Hard, displayed a lack of professionalism. When we requested the return of the remainder of our deposit, we were met with threats about finding further damages to justify withholding more of our money. We are currently waiting for an itemized breakdown of the remaining $7,073.39 from our deposit and also a refund of $12,000 for the lack of usability of the bathroom. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we feel neglected as tenants.

They make the dough for Subway, among other products. I did some plumbing work for them, and it was a great experience working with the company!
