Bidra med feedbackBecause of all the nice person I spoke to the loudspeaker after my late night, wait ten minutes to come to the windle l loudspeaker, I said they would only take mobile orders. No one is guilty, but incredibly frustrating.
Awesome experience. Had an issue with picking up an online order, issue was on my end very busy, long line) I was unable to wait, so I came back the next day and LISA at the Alexis rd. Location was extremely kind and helpful. As a business owner I would love to have employees like Lisa. Above and beyond, give her a raise or im going to steal her. ?
Tell me why I do a mobile order in the app and select drive through, but I get there and wait my turn in line just for the guy to tell me I have to come inside to pick it up?? When I asked him why I had to come inside he said it’s to keep their times down. I am recovering from a broken ankle, I chose drive through for a reason. When I went inside I was greeted by a lot of attitude from the staff.This location used to not be trash, but not going good now
Spent nearly 20 minutes in line for a 3 dollar order. Come to find out the lady in the drive through had to ask me what I ordered because she apparently forgot. I showed her the receipt cause I didn't understand why or how she forgot. Overall the service was bad, the people there didn't seem to really care and I felt pretty disrespected for such a small order overall. This Taco Bell blows.
This place is doing pretty good with the increased traffic due to the kitchen fire at the other location near Hagman. That said they have forgotten parts of my order more than once. Not usually a big part, but still.
