Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant has gone so far down hill, if it wasn 't for their food, we would totally call it quits as every Red Lobster had the worse management and servers that care about you are hard to come by. This time we had awesome service up to paying the bill, using their gift cards. (E Cards) Took the manager 30 minutes cause he FORGOT , Then he messed up ringing is out on putting in the card numbers. I personally wrote down the 3 in order of how to use and how much was on each and all 30 minutes and the first one was failed to be used as he typed in wrong numbers, stating it was declined. All priori times, at different locations, the service was mediocre to say the least. And that 's being positive. Once I 'm finished with our gift cards, I 'm finished with Red Lobster permanently.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere this time.
I have to say that I am biased when it comes to Red Lobster because it has been my favorite restaurant chain since I was a kid. My favorite dishes are the seaside trio, the ultimate feast and the endless shrimp. But I must say, every dish that I've tried (and I've tried quite a few over the decades I've been visiting), they have never failed to satisfy my insatiable taste for seafood. I've only had a few experiences when the service was unacceptable and that says a lot given that I've been to many locations in many states. This chain really has its act together and I hope that it maintains its wonderful service to myself and the public forever.
Food was good but service was slow. Portions have decreased and prices have increased. The menu has changed too. Only one side with my meal now. Service was better this time especially considering our server had alot of tables to take care of.
