Mcdonald's - Toledo

This is the 2nd and last time I will ever go to this location. The worker was the RUDEST person I've ever dealt with. I placed my order in the drive thru, I paid and went to pick up. The lady didn't greet me or anything. She handed a milk and then the food. I was waiting on a tea and she looked at me and said need something. I said I was waiting on a tea. Before I even finished she told me I didn't pay for one. I tried telling her I ordered one. She wouldn't even look at me and Just kept saying you didn't pay for one. Then she said look at your receipt and I said I didn't have one. She jumped on the other employe and told her to give everyone a receipt. She never apologized to me or offered to give me a receipt. I said this is ridiculous and she said ok bye. I am appalled you would have employees working for you that are like that. You are a customer based business with ZERO customer service.

Hoping the franchise owner becomes aware of this common situation. 7:08 pm 10/27/2022 I came into the drive thru to see the 7-10 employees (wearing McDonald’s shirts) sitting in the lobby eating. One of them had a headset on. As I entered the drive thru they continued to tell me they were closed. This is honestly ridiculous

I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and got home there was nothing in the nugget box. Tried calling with no answer. Had a very unhappy child.

I use the drive through. When my dog refuses her food I take her to McDonalds so I don't have to worry that she hasn't eaten. She can't refuse a plain McDouble and a bowl of water.Food: 5/5

Terrible experience after a string of not great ones. ordered on the app and chose curbside pick up. after 2o minutes we walked to the window (no customer entrance on the pick up side of the store) and were told the system had crashed and they never received the order, though we had been charged already. finally got our food another 25 minutes later and it is mostly cool and they forgot a sandwich. manager was friendly but this was not a good experience at all.
