I assumed we were waiting on fries, but when I finally received my order, both the fries and burgers were barely lukewarm. The customers in front of me were only given a beverage, leaving me wondering what caused the delay. I empathized with them. While I understand that the restaurant may be short-staffed, the service was unacceptable. Additionally, the $1 "your way" menu is no longer as advertised. This location has been declining for some time now, but this was the worst experience I've had.
A few of us waited a while for our food at the restaurant, thinking we were just waiting for fries. However, our friends' burgers were served warm. Some customers who arrived before us only received one drink each, leaving us wondering what the delay was. I felt sorry for the server, as it seemed they were short-staffed. The $1 customizable menu was no longer available. This place has been struggling for some time, but this was the worst visit I've had.
I mentioned the issue to the manager, and she confirmed that they had addressed it by giving me two complimentary desserts.
Every time I come to this place, the food is dry and the customer service is not good. This time I tried the mozzarella sticks and they were so hard and when I took a bite the mozzarella was not white, it was a burned orange color and tasted bad. I got the impossible son of a **** and asked for no Mayo and there was Mayo and the bread was not even roasted. Patty was cold and dry. I got onion rings and there was something with them that got fried and I have no idea what it was, but it was rough. Do not recommend this location.
On several occasions, workers claim that they can only take one order at a time and force other customers to wait. I understand that the staff is low, they claimed there were only two workers when I came, but I saw much more through the window. This also does not mean that only one order can be made at a time. This is just a lazy management style trying to do as little work as possible. In addition, I saw an employee withdrawing their phone and sitting in it for at least 2 minutes while they were underoccupied. Please bring your staff together.
