Ippudo Ramen Ebisu - Tokyo

This is my first time at this branch, but I am an Ippudo fanboy having tried their Ramen at their Roppongi outlet. I had a fair bit of doubt if this branch would live upto the expectations, and it did! To top it off the service here is a tad better than the other outlet, and the ramen was heavenly as always especially their broth!

I usually go too long to leave a detailed review, but in this case amber is best. the ramen was exquisite, each facet of him by a master. the icy, the magnificent light and the perfect complement. If I were a room, I would come here every day. I hope in my short time here I will be blessed to cross away with the wonderful shop.

It is about 3-5 minutes to foot from ebisu station. easy to find this restaurant. I say, this is my first time I'm going to a rammenplatz without the ordering machine. yes, as if someone can finally take my smoking order! I had one of the undersigned court that cost me 1080 yen and a tip of 100yen to get a plate of gyoza. they offer free house pouring tee, bean sprouts and cricket in vinegar. the broth is amazing, I have tried to finish it, but I can not, was too full of rice and gyoza. the nudes are the main thing. it is cook at the right time and temperature. these are the best nudes I had so far in tokio. it just slips down the throat! instead of the usual soy marinates, they use nothing to say that it is fresh and the lava ova ova ! gyoza are so tiny and cute! they serve him with something chili infused yuzu. not spicy! they are also delicious! I'll be back!

Good ramen and good service at a branch of the (now) international Ippudo chain. I went on a Saturday evening expecting it to be pursued but was pleasantly surprised that there was plenty of space. Ramen is very good, as are the dumplings. Price is also reasonable (about 1000jpy per person for ramen). English menu available but for some reason it only has about a third of the food available in the Japanese menu so make sure to check out the pics!
