El Refugio Mezcaleria - Todos Santos

El refugio mezcaleria is really a curse. they hold authentic Mexican culinary traditions (usually from oaxaca and guerererro) in a city that is a bit Greek. the owners, noel and rachel are warm and tight. at eating there I felt honestly like a gast in their house, sitting in their garden slipping mezcal cozy. their mezcal (which they go to the ends of the festive mexicos to obtain) is by the way excellent. make tasting, it is worth it! eating is also amazing. pork in molverde is the best thing I had to far and is a real oaxacan dish. her pozole (on Thursdays) will cure every occasion and her Sunday brunch (e.g. eggs over sweet potato pancakes with a delicious salsa) is easily the best in the city.

A real cook. a cultural experience. a must! the portion size is plentiful and the price point on.
