Bagel 13 - Titusville

Melony and Rachel were both so polite and happy to serve me. They were so pleasant and grateful for my business, and boy did it show through the food and service we received! Had a few questions, had to take a few minutes to decide, but it was no problem or pressure. They were out of tuna tartar but the cuban sandwich they recommended in it's place was even better than what I originally wanted. Smoothie was delicious as well. Will be back many, many times to this awesome bagel shop.

I ordered from Bagel 13 for the first time this morning for two bagels for delivery to my office.Seemed very easy to place an order and payment acceptance was seamless.Until my DoorDasher went to pick up the order. They were out of Lox, called Bagel 13, I was brushed off due to the rush , asked for maybe something comparable to make it easier for the staff, or a credit that can be applied in the future.Was told look, we 're in the middle of breakfast rush, we promise to call you back or call DoorDash to obtain your refund. I understand being behind the counter is stressful, but a delivery customer is still a customer, especially after you have already taken the customer 's money.So at the moment, I am out $27.00, with no food, no refund, and not even a sorry. Just a This is my first day back from school .

They used to grind their own coffee which made the atmosphere awesome the coffee was a good cup l been in the food business 50 years as a chef,troubleshooter. When you have a GOOD thing don't mess it up. I don't know who owns bagels 13 but you need to back off and take a real good look at what you used to have and what you have now. You were top shelf. NOT now.

So good! However, be careful, with your cravings, they don't always have loaded smash-browns.

This is not a fast food joint like Panera or Dunkin' Donuts. And that's actually a point in their favor! Each order is made to order, and it's great. The bagels weren't like bursting with flavor but they definitely were tasty. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese combo is also a great deal at about $10. It does seem like they don't toast bagels without you asking for it, which is fine; I just wish I had known. But I'm certainly coming back real soon!
