Fair prices for a yummy breakfast. Plenty of options for you to choose from, hot or cold, bagels or not bagels. The staff is quick for your made-to-order items. Loving the drink options on the side to choose from? such as locally brewed (from B-more) kombucha! Lots of parking in the plaza.

Wow what a selection of bagel flavors. Very delicious also!! Wonderful list of breakfast and lunch sandwiches plus the option to build your own. The Asiago Bay was my favorite. Highly recommend!

Ordering: This was about the only part of the visit that was easy. The cashier was nice, patient, and helpful. It did take about 10 mins to order waiting in line. The WAIT: Did I really just spend an hour here for bagels? Yes, that's correct! No one seemed to know where our order was or how to go about finding it. Finally they said they were making it now. After another 15 mins or so a bag of cold flaccid food emerged. The Food: Honestly, nothing to write home about.

I can tell that this is a place that's very popular, and that they put a lot of work into making great bagels. That being said, I felt like my bagel was just too hard to be eaten comfortably as a sandwich. It was also pretty salty. Service was kinda slow? The employees were very kind, and this is overall a nice place.
