Bidra med feedbackAnother fantastic visit! The restaurant has now added fresh vegetables to their menu, and the asparagus was absolutely delicious. We got two servings for $10. We also ordered three Rib Steaks, each over a pound, for $57. They were cooked perfectly. We tried Kozlik's sweet Smokey Mustard with the steaks for an additional $6.99, and it was a great complement. These were the best steaks we've ever had! And of course, we couldn't pass up the perogies, even though they were $11 per package. They truly are some of the best we've ever had. This restaurant is a must-stop on the main road in Timmins.
We visited this restaurant on September 3rd and 7th during our trip to Timmins. The first time, we went to buy meat for BBQ and cooking on site, and the second time we loved it so much that we took some home with us! We had boneless Rib Eye and Tenderloin steaks, both of which were excellent. The Rib Eye was beautifully marbled and tender, while the Tenderloin was so large that it could be cut into two steaks by butterflying it; it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. We also tried the delicious pig roast and perogies. We loved the food so much that we went back to buy another pork roast, more perogies, and Kielbasa to take home. The prices are on the higher side (starting at $12.99), but the quality is exceptional. It's worth the money to enjoy such delicious food. The food is much better than what you would find at a supermarket butcher. The staff is friendly and provides great service (even though they were out of pork bread on September 7th, they made us one while we waited). This restaurant is a must-visit!
This restaurant has the best meat in town, perfect for family BBQs. I also picked up a variety of sausages at their donation event.
Fresh home Prepared meals/incense meat/perogis, wide selection of frozen choices The owner is perfectionist/carrier/quality driven and requires the same from his staff This store is able to goose/mose/deer etc. at a great price/lb. Definitely faster and better than in a garage...
Friendly staff, good food, they have Candied Bacon that is the best. Pea soup and borscht are worth trying and the mushroom sauce cabbage rolls are amazing.
