Chí Tián ファーム - 田子町

I recently visited this restaurant as it is a member of the Aomori stamp rally. When it comes to Tako, garlic is the first thing that comes to mind. However, Tako beef is also famous. I was really drawn to the Tako beef sirloin steak, but this time I ordered the Tako beef kalbi set meal for 1,500 yen and Hormone (half) for 500 yen. The kalbi set meal was so delicious and had just the right amount of volume for the price. And the Tako beef hormone was amazingly tasty! The fat was so soft and melted in my mouth. I wanted to have a beer but I was the designated driver this time so I had to resist. When paying the bill, you have to go to the store opposite the restaurant, where they also sell lots of Tako beef, probably cheaper than the supermarket.

This restaurant offers a BBQ-style experience where you can enjoy high quality A4 and A5 grade beef at a very reasonable price. The sauce is a garlic soy sauce, not your typical BBQ sauce, but it includes grated garlic from Tanako. This might be a preference for some, but in the northeast region, dishes like horse sashimi are also enjoyed with garlic soy sauce so it didn't bother me personally. The fat in the meat is of high quality and is very light, making me want to try their steak next time! The beef hormone is also delicious.

You can enjoy delicious veal at a reasonable price in a casual setting. There is a souvenir shop on the roadside, and you pay for your meal here. You can pay in cash with a smile. In the middle is a yakiniku restaurant, surrounded by a parking lot. At the back is a BBQ building. There are two terrace seats. Since the weather is nice, I didn't hesitate to sit at the terrace. It feels good. When the wind is strong, be careful not to let towels, receipts, and small plates fly away. Everything looks delicious and it's hard to decide. The meat that comes out is beautiful... it's like art. The sweet fat melts smoothly in your mouth... it's delicious. Definitely veal. Every cut is delicious. There is not only sauce but also salt, so depending on the cut, salt may taste better. Wagyu hormone and tongue. Although these are not veal, they are delicious. The hormones have a firm texture and deep flavor. Tongue at the same price at other places is usually not decent, so it's delicious and affordable here. Soft drinks come in a bottle and a cup, which is actually convenient. The meat was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

大満足。 サーロインステーキ、イチボステーキを頼みました。 写真の手前がイチボ、奥のがサーロインです。 イチボステーキ、初めて食べましたが飲み物レベルに柔らかでした。 個人的にはイチボ派です ご飯、味噌汁付きで2100円だったかな？ これでこのお値段はお得だと思います。 しっかり夜まで満腹でした。

田子町はニンニクで有名ですが、実は田子牛という、貴重な黒毛和牛があるのを聞いて、来店！ A5ランクと言われるだけに上質な脂を味わえます。個人的には特上カルビ定食より、カルビ定食のほうが食べやすかったです。あと和牛ホルモンは絶対おすすめです！お酒にもご飯にも合います！ ちなみに、生ビール中ジョッキ400円と破格のお値段で頂けます！ また、来訪したいです！
