Thurso Best Kebab

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After placing my order, they claimed that my payment hadn't gone through, even though money had already been deducted from my bank account. We provided proof of payment, but they still refused to give us the food we had paid for. Instead, they insisted on a cash payment and wouldn't show us any evidence that the initial payment had failed. In the end, we felt robbed of £22.60. I definitely do not recommend this place.

There's really no comparison to a classic German doner kebab. This place might be the best in town, but it's also the only one. Food: 2/5, Service: 2/5, Atmosphere: 2/5.

Went 4 times while visiting Thurso. Had a donner kebab, a pizza, then the cheeseburger twice. Were all tasty, especially for the price. Never had a good burger from a kebab shop but their burgers were up there. Recommend buying a tub of BBQ sauce and putting it on the cheeseburger. Food is cooked very quickly. Ordered a Lamb Shish Turkish Kebab. Will not reccoment it. As this was one of the worst kebab I have had in my life. The Lamb was partly raw, and was served in a wrap (more like Doner Kebab) an a lot of union and 2 types of fine cut salad at the side. Normaly Im used to get it served with grilled vegetables, and some times a rice mix at the side. The service was not more then taking the order and payment. So I cant say much back or forward regarding that. There was 5-6 people there, when I came. So the place was almost over populated.
