Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

I want to share my wonderful experience at this restaurant! The employee with colorful hair was incredibly patient and kind today. I found myself a bit short on cash and couldn't reach my partner for help, but she generously covered the cost of my iced coffee! Even though I considered canceling the order, I felt bad about it, especially with three restless toddlers in tow. Just as I was about to take them outside to wait for their dad's call, I learned that the worker had already taken care of my drink, and I could keep it. I am truly grateful for this gesture and will definitely pay it forward when I have the chance! Thank you so much for the kindness, and I've consistently had amazing experiences every time I've visited this Tim's. Thanks for being so wonderful and for having such great people skills!

I really enjoy stopping by this place on my way to work. You can fill up on gas and grab some amazing coffee all in one trip. It's like a convenience store combined with Tim Hortons – truly convenient!

I always enjoy dropping by for a meal and a drink. The service is excellent!

When the staff sees me approaching, they know exactly how I like my coffee and have it ready for me, along with plain Timbits for my dogs. I always tip generously here. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, including the washroom!
