A&W Restaurant - Thunder Bay

This restaurant is hard to beat as a fast food spot. The quality of the products is top-notch and the coffee is excellent. The service is also fantastic. The only minor issue was that we tried to order breakfast this morning at 11:08, just 8 minutes past the cutoff time, and were told it was no longer available. We ended up ordering the sausage and egg sandwich with coffee, which was much better than what you would get at McDonald's. This place is definitely a step above its competitors. The Arthur St location is the same as the Memorial location, but at the Memorial location you can serve yourself condiments instead of using wasteful plastic packets. They have French's ketchup and Splenda available.

The food is consistently delicious, but I have found it best to double-check before leaving. I prefer to pick up my order in-person whenever possible to ensure accuracy.

The burgers were fantastic and the staff was friendly. However, I would have preferred if the burger patties were juicier. Additionally, the small juice glass looked strange to me.

The place is big enough for Dinning and big parking spot. I loved the spicy haberno chicken meal.

Food was fine, they needed to train there people better and not leave the rookies alone at the counter.
