The Red House - Three Rivers

We made a reservation for our group of 10 about a month in advance for lunch at this restaurant. It was our first time dining here, chosen because it was conveniently located halfway between two households and the food looked appealing. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the nice ambiance of the pub. A young red-haired girl showed us to our table and took our drink orders. Initially, only my husband and I were there, as the others were delayed by heavy traffic. When the rest of our party arrived, we selected our meals and waited for our server to take our orders. Unfortunately, the service was slow as it seemed she was the only one serving. The food arrived with about a five-minute gap between the first and last dishes, but it was all delicious. We had planned to have dessert but decided against it as some of our group needed to be elsewhere by 4pm. The lack of staff hindered the overall service experience, but we left a tip as our server was clearly doing her best under the circumstances. The food was lovely, but service could have been better with more staff on hand.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on a Sunday evening. The food was better than expected, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. This place offers excellent value for money.

The food, atmosphere, and service at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff is incredible. Despite the dismal, rainy weather outside, it is warm and comfortable inside. I would highly recommend it.

We took a local social group of around 50 people for dinner. I had spoken to the pub about our needs when I booked and they listened and acted upon our requirements. The staff were very friendly, organised and efficient bringing food out ensuring no-one waited long. A large area had been reserved for us and our club members had a great evening enjoying lovely food and drinks. Thanks to everyone for making the evening a success, it will be a regular event.
