Bidra med feedbackGreat breakfast, pancakes where, delicious food was hot. It took some time for the order, but they where very busy.
We stopped by for a quick breakfast on our way back to southern Wisconsin, but it ended up taking us nearly two hours to leave, even though there was only one other table occupied. Upon arriving, we were told to seat ourselves, but with six of us and only four-seat tables available, we had to push a couple of tables together in a corner to fit everyone. The waitress then came over and reprimanded us, claiming it was a safety hazard, and insisted that we split up and sit separately. If it was such a concern, why didn’t she just seat us? This would have been manageable if the wait hadn’t been almost 1.5 hours. As for the food, it was just average; I ordered the loco skillet, and while the portion was substantial, it didn’t stand out. Overall, it felt like a big waste of time, and the waitress didn’t seem particularly friendly to us.
I really enjoy getting together with friends for breakfast!
We visit this place nearly every time we head up north. The pancakes and skillets are incredible!
We've always had a wonderful dining experience there. The food is excellent, particularly the chili. The staff is also very friendly.
